Virginia "Jinny" A. Roberts was born in McAllen, Texas on February 15, 1921 to John and Edith Adam, and went to be with the Lord on March 23, 2015 in San Antonio, TX. She was an avid Bridge player and loved to travel.

Virginia was preceded in death by her husbands, James Carl Staples and James R. Roberts; as well as her 4 sisters and one brother. Surviving is her son, J.C. Staples (Nona); step-sons, Jim Roberts (Julie), Bill Roberts; step-daughter, Leslye Henderson (Dennis); step-grandchildren, Mary Ellen Cuzela (Bernard), Kim Kish (Kevin) and...

Staples (Nona); step-sons, Jim Roberts (Julie), Bill Roberts; step-daughter, Leslye Henderson (Dennis); step-grandchildren, Mary Ellen Cuzela (Bernard), Kim Kish (Kevin) and Brian Henderson.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, April 5, 2015 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Sunset Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, April 6, 2015 at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
